We are happy to refund or exchange purchases made from within iNSPIRiTU Salon. Refunds may be given for products purchased within the last month, at our discretion. After that time we will gladly exchange the product or give you a salon credit to be used for future product purchase. Exclusions apply to all Make Up; Due to hygienic reasons and per Aveda’s policy, Make Up is final sale only.
Purchases from other Aveda Salons may be exchanged or returned for store credit within iNSPIRiTU only. We regret as an independent business we are unable to offer refunds for purchases made outside of our store.
