Our Team at iNSPIRiTU works on a timely schedule intending to ensure that each guest is serviced according to their reserved time. We understand that unexpected delays occur in everyone’s daily schedules, even ours! Please know that your services with us will never be rushed due to our service providers’ schedule running behind. Should we foresee your reserved services may begin behind schedule we will contact you as soon as possible, we respect your time is valuable and will do everything we can to accommodate you.
We kindly ask if you need to cancel or reschedule your reserved appointment time that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hour notice. As a courtesy to our service providers and other guests, your advanced notice will allow us to fulfill the now available appointment time. When changes to your reservation occur in less than 48 hours our service providers forfeit profitable time.
All reservations cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice, in addition to no showed reservations, will be considered “missed”. We do understand emergencies and unforeseen events arise and we will document all missed reservations appropriately, using our discretion.
Missed Reservations will be subject to the following fees:
First missed reservation: To reserve a new appointment time with us after one missed reservation we require 25% of the total service(s) missed, to be paid in full at the time of booking your new reservation.
Second missed reservation: To reserve a new appointment time with us after two missed reservations we require 50% of the total service(s) missed, to be paid in full at the time of booking your new reservation.
Third missed reservation: To reserve a new appointment time with us after a third missed reservation we require 100% of the total service(s) missed to be paid in full. In addition we will require you to pre pay for all future services or reserve appointment time on a walk in basis only.
*Please note when pre paying for your services you will be charged the base prices only,
additional charges may apply at the time of service.
Changes to a Pre-Paid Reservation: Should you need to cancel or reschedule a pre paid service with more than 24 hour advance notice, your deposit will remain as a Gift Card for your account. Any changes made with less than 24 hour notice will result in forfeiting the pre paid amount.
Same Day reservations: Reservations missed on the same day they are scheduled require 100% of the total service(s) missed, to be paid in full at the time of booking your new reservation. No exceptions apply.
